Dr. Paul L. Gerhardt, PhD, is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, strategic business consultant, and the core tenured management professor and chair of Pierce College’s Applied Business Department. He also teaches leadership to doctoral and masters students at City University and Brandman University. Dr. Gerhardt holds a PhD in Management and Organizational Behaviors with a specialization in Leadership, as well holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and undergraduate degrees in Business and Technology.
